Sleepover tent rentals are a popular choice for creating memorable, fun, and cozy experiences for kids and even adults. Whether it’s for a birthday party, a special occasion, or just a fun sleepover, these tents offer a unique twist on the traditional slumber party. Before you rent sleepover tents, you likely have some questions. Here are the most frequently asked questions about sleepover tent rentals.


1. How does the sleepover party work?

Our packages are designed to be stress free from start to finish. You fill out the inquiry form (on the homepage), browse the gallery party options and make your choices, submit your payment and we do the rest. On the day of your event, we will deliver, set up and style your space for a magical sleepover experience! This leaves you extra time to spend with your family and enjoy the celebration. We will return the next day to collect and pack up all the items.


2. What’s included in a sleepover tent rental package?

All packages are inclusive of:

  • 4 x Tents

  • 4 x Comfy Memory Foam Mattresses 

  • 4 x Freshly Laundered Fitted sheets (pillows NOT provided for health reasons)

  • 4 x Extra Soft, Warm Throw Blankets

  • 4 x Tray Tables

  • Themed Accent Cushions (2-3 depending on party)

  • 3 Decorative items per tray (placemat, night light/lantern, personalized cup (party favor))

  • Themed Banner or garland

  • Twinkle lights


All items listed above as well as delivery, collection, assembly, and styling are included in the price. We do offer a variety of fun add-ons to choose from when you reserve your party! We also offer extra tent rentals if your party is larger.


3. What are the themes available for the tents?

There are several themes to choose from, so you’re sure to find something that fits the event. Popular themes include:

Custom themes are available if you don’t see a theme to fit your event. 


4. When should I book a sleepover tent rental?

The earlier the better! It’s best to book a sleepover tent rental at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak party seasons (spring and fall) and holidays. We book a limited number of parties each week to ensure the highest possible customer service.


5. How long do I get to keep the tents?

Rental duration is about 24 hours, depending on drop off and pick up. We try to accommodate and be as flexible as possible with delivery and pick up times. Booking for multiple days is always an option! 


6. How are the tents and items cleaned?

All sheets, blankets, pillow covers and tent covers are laundered after each rental, using a sensitive washing detergent. All pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned as necessary. 


7. Are sleepover tents only for kids?

While sleepover tent rentals are commonly used for kids, adults can have a blast with them too! Our teepee tents are roughly 55 inches in height. Our memory foam mattresses measure 75x25x4 inches.


8. Do I need to provide anything for the sleepover?

For hygiene purposes, pillows are not provided for sleeping. Please request each guest provide their own pillow. You are responsible for snacks, drinks, and entertainment (games, movies, etc.).


We do offer a variety of party favors to help complete your party experience.
